A. Foundry Capability

GMC has the expertise to produce casting in ferrous and non-ferrous metal. The material and grades of metal it can pour in are:

Aluminum Alloy

Aluminum silicon Alloys, having silicon < 13%
eg. ASTM A319, A356, A357, C355, etc.

Ductile Iron (SG Iron)

ISO1083 (EN 1563) all grades

Casting Range

Weight :50 kg max.

Dimension :700 x 700 x 500 mm max.

Malleable Cast Iron

ISO 5922 (EN 1562) all Blackheart ferritic & pearlitic grades

Grey Cast Iron

ISO R185 (EN 1561) all grades
