Process parameters are recorded at every stage of manufacturing process and used for improvement in the methods. Regular calibration of process parameters monitoring instruments and equipments. timely preventive maintenance of machines is done to maintain perfect working conditions. Traceability is maintained for every batch from the first process to the dispatch. Every dispatch batches are accompanied with a dimension and metallurgical test report. Quality up-gradation is a continuous process at GMC.
